- To request for any of the WATIS services you must have an account or be registered, if you have not please register now
- If you are registered, you need to complete the online booking form
- You can ring WATIS call centre 09 4423211 for Very Urgent bookings
- WATIS call centre will confirm your booking according to your preferred notification method noted on your user profile or booking form
- You will be provided a Booking or Job ID number on your confirmation form and also on your online booking list
NOTE:
- You are required to complete the booking form accurately for WATIS to process, with language, date, time, duration, location of appointment etc. Incorrect information may result in a call out or cost to pay an interpreter incorrectly assigned.

BEFORE MAKING BOOKING, YOU NEED TO
- ascertain the spoken, written or sign language requirement
- ascertain the client's gender preference
- ascertain which type of interpreting service is suitable for the situation
ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR (TINT) TELEPHONE INTERPRETING SERVICE
- If your client is not with you, the client can be connected to the conference call
- If your client is with you, a speakerphone is recommended for the telephone interpreting. A second phone in the area is also effective
DOCUMENT TRANSLATION SERVICES
- Translation services can be requested via our online booking form

- A quote will be provided to you for consideration
- A confirmation or a purchase order number from will be required from you before WATIS proceed with the translation service
